A landscape for living
The Forestias masterplan connects a range of residential typologies with retail, leisure and private parkland.
Whizdom towers
Forest town houses and a planted leisure podium bring the scale of the towers into contact with everyday life. The pool visualisation and completed photograph show the architectural relationship carried through to the built project.
Villas
A quieter residential scale: deep overhangs, layered façades and sheltered outdoor rooms.
Shared spaces
Retail, leisure and the clubhouse extend the residential setting into places to gather.
